Who I Am
About me, my story, interests, performing, personality and the things that make me… me.
● Prototype v0.1 · A space to make your own
Curious about life.
Inspired by the ocean.
A future home for Amelia Claire Hettiger's experiences, marine life, conservation, art, writing, photography, discoveries — and wherever curiosity takes her next.
NOW OFFICIALLYameliahettiger.bio
Biography meets biology.
The foundation
One person. Many directions.
The goal isn't to decide today what Amelia will become. It's to create a place that can grow with who she already is — and who she discovers she wants to be.
🌊
What I Love
Marine life, manatees, animal behavior, conservation and the natural world.
🎨
What I Create
Art, drawing, photography, creative projects and things that don't fit neatly into a category.
Experiences & adventures
Explore the world.
These are sample story cards, not claims about Amelia's real experiences. Later we'll replace them with her own photos, encounters, excursions and memories.
My journey
The story started before this website.
Past animal experiences, greetings and encounters, conservation cleanups, programs, performances, awards and adventures can be reconstructed here with Amelia's memories and perspective today.

A conservation activity
Community cleanups and hands-on conservation become part of a larger story about caring for the world around her.

A new home for the journey
ameliahettiger.bio becomes the place where those chapters can finally connect.

Next · Amelia decides
What comes next?
Program? Artwork? Aquarium? Essay? Research question? The point is to leave room for the answer to change.
My voice · Field Notes
Questions worth chasing.
Not a formal “blog” unless Amelia wants one. Field Notes can hold short observations, essays, interviews, opinions, reflections and things she's simply curious about.
Sample Field Note
FUTURE STORY →Why manatees?
What makes one animal become more than a favorite — and turn into a question you keep following?
Sample Field Note
FUTURE STORY →What conservation means to me
A place for Amelia's own evolving view rather than someone else's definition.
Sample Field Note
FUTURE STORY →An animal I'll never forget
Pair a photograph with the memory, the questions it created and what she knows now.
What I create
Made by Amelia. 🐞
A future gallery for drawings, art, photography and creative experiments. Selected work could eventually become prints or products — only if Amelia wants it to.

Future creative identity
madebyamelia.com
The companion creative brand Amelia picked. Art, photography, prints, experiments — perhaps even its own experience one day.

My future
Built to grow up with her.
The same site can evolve from a record of curiosity into a college portfolio, research archive and professional home — without Amelia having to reinvent her identity.

Amelia, where should we go next?
This is only one idea for what ameliahettiger.bio could become. Nothing here is permanent. What do you want people to discover?
Pick anything. This prototype is here to start the conversation.
